We want to make sure that you are encouraged to keep reducing your plastic footprint and that you are happy with your purchase on the Green Road! However, before returning a product, please phone or otherwise contact us via email (greenroadrefill@gmail - subject line - online return) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be handled on a case by case basis.
In most cases, your original shipping fees are non-refundable and, in addition, when returning an item, you are responsible for paying for return postage.
Several items are exempt from return, refund, or exchange.
The following are items that are not eligible for return, refund or exchange:
- Sale items
- Personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods
We will accept returns on sustainable living products with a receipt if you purchased these items in our store or on our website. Only regular priced items may be refunded, Sale items cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If you would like to return an unopened, unused item you must either bring it to our storefront or mail it to us at Green Road Refill Unit 2655 Main st. to be inspected. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the purchase price minus any processing and shipping fees, within 3 business days. If you have mailed in your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our packages are sent using USPS or UPS in some cases.
All packages have a tracking number assigned and insurance.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please alert us IMMEDIATELY, so we can file a lost package report or insurance claim with the carrier.
If you do not alert us after 48 hours about your missing package we cannot file the claims and your package would be dismissed as delivered therefore no refunds or replacements will be issued.
If your package is marked "In transit" for more than 5 - 8 days please alert us IMMEDIATELY, so we can investigate the status of this package and resend the items, file for insurance or file a lost package claim.
If your package is damaged, tampered with, or opened during transit, please alert us IMMEDIATELY and send us pictures of evidence, so we can file an insurance claim and send you a replacement.
If your package is returned to us by the carrier for "wrong address" or unable to forward or any other reason, we will refund the cost of the products minus the cost of shipping directly to your original payment method.
